Mob briefing and more trainings

Went to Maju camp today for mob briefing, wah can tell you ar, damn sian, totally can't hear and don't understand wtf he's briefing about a bit waste of my time. To my surprise, I saw Roy in my unit too hahah. He gave me a ride back and we went to lim kopi and take me to his office to look around. He suggested to me to form a soccer team, thought can ask Garrick and Adrian to the team but too bad they have team already hai... gotta scout for players liao...

Had my usual training with Mel today, ran about 4km, after the run we found out that we ain't that tired maybe we had our stamina increased. More progressive runs might improved ba.

Hahaha... Mel got the 1st cup of mac bj one, now I can have a set le hahaha thanks Mel. Went to hub with Patrik to shopping at NTUC, on our way back we saw a group of old friends and we stayed to chat for awhile and then head back to watch the Brazil vs Singapore match on channel 5. Well the final score not too bad, lost to the Brazilians for only 3 goals.

No work tomorrow should be a rest day for me ba, rest more for my runs keke...

Disaster

Accompany Patrik to the clinic to have his series of tests and he's fine now, he's so glad that he's fine but still no appetite to eat, must be worried too much this days ba but he's agreed to join me for jogging exercise to burn some calories.

Today's interview is completely a disaster, I just anyhow bomb him and keep changing subjects. That's what you get when you don't prepare for an interview keke but he's giving me a try for the IAP. This interview really gives me an big impact, I better go touch up some books about wafer fab and MS excel, must really perform very good in the IAP. Called Yupei and we chat at the lobby after that went over to TECH just beside of CSM to look for a camp mate, Brandon to chat.

After reaching home fall a sleep straight away at the sofa, guess is tired after walking in and out of the company keke. Woke up at 9pm for dinner and poceed to polish my boots for mob briefing, sian...

Time is running out, I better go touch on my books for exams, anyone wanna study together? Change my juke box song again, recommended by my friend JJ, well sounds good but what do you think?

Training with Nike

Went for Nike training this morning, 7.30 reach there (must be kidding, class start at 8am, I still late, go for run never late) hahaha... The sports scientist cum triathlon runner teach us some useful warm-up and told us some wrong warm-up to do before the jog, quite interesting, some warm-up I didn't even do it before. I even consult the specialist there because I suspect I got full flat foot instead of mild flat and I was right, Dr Adam told me some useful tips and suggest me to get a flat foot running shoes. After the training, got refreshments like bananas, apples and even subway sandwiches. Then it was lucky draw, damn!! didn't get to win anything keke... Head back home to bath and rush back down to work as Wan Zhi came and help me do opening. WZ thanks ar will treat you someday!!!

Work as usual with Christopher and LiLian, chat with them the whole day as there isn't much customers today. Went round to check out some running shoes at various sport shops for flat foot. Yan called me in the afternoon, so happy but because her hp going to low batt so we didn't talk much. My knees are hurting again, I have to ice them and put on knee straps on to tighten up the area around it, could it be the old injuries coming back again? Hope not man...

Tomorrow will be my IAP interview, gotta get everything prepared and gotta wake up early to accompany Patrik to see a doctor as he's afraid his backbone got problem due to a fall last Friday cage game, hope he's alright. Sleepy~~ Yawns....ZZzZZzzzz

I felt pain on my right knee, the area where I used to injure during a soccer game years ago. Did I push myself to hard during my runs or I didn't rest enough? I just hope it will go away soon, I wanna continue to run.

Exams coming soon, gotta gear up and study soon, IAP interview was re-schedule to next Monday, camp briefing on Tuesday, reports to rush and sem project to do. So much things to do, gotta rush!!!

Easy day

Today is rather easy to pass, go to school in the afternoon for 2 lessons, after that CS accompany me to Mac to eat. I then head over to the stadium to wait for Mel for our training, I fall asleep under the sun lol... Then 1 auntie call my other no. and look for don't know who la, spoil my beauty sleep. After Mel reach, we go straight for our training after warming up. Today's run a bit tired but I still push myself further, our target was 6km but I did not reach so far and I took a very long timing.

Woke up this morning in a very tiring way, having to sleep only for 4.5hrs due to the late night soccer session with the gang. Almost can't make it for work lucky I didn't fall back to sleep, rush over to work, was 5mins late, damn.. oh I mean don't have a damn hahahah... Work as usual, open up the shop, go ta bao breakfast, eat in the shop and then start to "nua" (laze) in the shop.

Happen that one auntie came in to buy some paper bags and a a stack of papers, after paying she start to ask me funny questions. She ask me is there a shop that sell things at Suntec? I reply her what kinda things you going to buy? (thinking which shop doesn't sell things), she say a shop that sells a lot of things, annoyed but still I told her Suntec has Carrefour which sells a lot of things. She then again ask me, what kinda things they sell, try to chase her out of the shop I told her they sell a lot of things, just go all the way to Suntec. keke thinking I'm quite mean right? The shop cleaner heard our conversation and he was laughing at one corner.

After work I was on my way to Albert Court to meet Yan and her family, they were going to a photo studio for a photo shoot, while I was crossing the road just across the Raffles Hotel, a car suddenly speed towards me and brakes just one meter away from me, that bastard nearly cost me my live. I escape death again this time, how many times do I have to escape death? Why does all these keep haunting me, we took off for dinner with her family, after dinner me, yan and her sisters went for movie session, we watch Hellboy 2 (ok I know I'm a little slow in watch movies) which most of my friends might have already watch it once or twice and I'm only watching it now. The show was nice but I think the ending could have been better. Going to be a rest day from running, gotta treat my pair of legs better kekeke... Nite peeps!!

Today was full of laughter, we keep laughing and laughing, a super funny day it was. I finally recieve email for Mr Tay telling us to go prepare for our 24weeks IAP for interview and yes I am going for the interview hahahahaha. Went to Bugis with my classmates to meet up with my Shi Fu for dinner just now. Haven't see her for months already, she shared her experience of the company she was attach to.

Took my run this morning and I'm very tired but the after run feeling is damn shiok. Gotta rush for the cage liao, bye bye

Went over to AMK central with Danny and Kang Hui for then go shop at sportslink. Was looking for a pair of running shoes as my other pair was facing a sole less problem (Melvin should know why hahaha), wah was a bit too ex to get a good pair now, that si Danny keep showing me the high end ones thou is very good but too ex le. I end up buying a middle end pair, brand was Anta, quite comfy and I bring it for a test run just now. Result of the shoe: not bad, wasn't that heavy too. Went over to pasar malam with JJ just now nearby our house, unfortunately not all stores are open yet, had my eye on a "fan ban" Adidas small sling bag, wasn't ex keke see how first ba hahaha...

Youth Cube cum training part 3

Had a long day at school doing the youth cube event, get to make a few more friends while doing the event. Was the IC for setup helpers, busy the entire morning for finding my helpers, getting information from my ICs. There was some cock up and some misunderstanding with helpers from the other sections but at least the event went well after all, could have been better.

Lynn came to sell her imported clothings at the bazzar, business wasn't too good at her side while Lynette on the other side was selling like hot cakes.

Saw Alaina during the event, was bringing one of her new girl for training in the RedBull publicity, had lunch with her, Adrian and Ida. Chat awhile before I head back to do my duties, after the event I forgot to take pictures with my group of event helpers if not can put on blog.

After the event, Lynn ask if she could put her stuffs over at my place while she goes to her student's house to give tution. Help her carry those heavy luggage to my house and I went for my run and she goes to her student's house. Didn't run at my very best, was feeling a bit painful at my right calf so I walk for quite sometimes. Timing drop, I think I didn't do much stretching beforehand, must be more careful the next time liao.

Lynn came back about 9plus, help her carry it to the train station and wait for her boyfriend, my manager, Christopher to come and help her carry back. Lynn, if you are reading my blog, you own me one hahhaah...

Training part 2

After yesterday's training, I felt not enough so I went on training with Melvin. It was the first time I went training with him but weather wasn't on our side, it keep raining we decide to go against it and continue to go for the run in the rain. I completed 4.31km today thou my target was 3.5km and Melvin completed 4km. Nice one dude!!!

My training

Stop my running ever since I injured my right knee during a soccer game at Bishan Park, today I went for my first running training after so long. Timing drop and couldn't run far liao, today's target was 2.5km and I hit a 3.49km but in 20mins, damn slow man. Must keep pushing myself harder to go further distance and faster speed.

Com Crash

Sian my com crashed and is in ICU now, I hope she recover soon if not I've to keep going friend's house to use their com keke... The IT engineer from AMK Hub "PC Zone" told me that no hardware is in danger, just some software got corrupted. Heng man if not the damage will be too much pain for my wallet to bear...Some good news, PC Zone just called and told me I can collect it tomorrow, yeah!!!

Just find out that my 3 common test papers pass, didn't do well all Cs but at least I tried and some one from Derrick's class got the biggest prize with all fail, well some might know her, she'd from the ex-B1 group, 10pts. I think Derrick and gang most be celebrating now ba hahahaha

Recently I found out my bad habit is back, sleeping disorder, the symptoms are 1st I yawn, 2nd my eyes closing and lastly I fell asleep without knowing. Maybe I should start sleeping early (which is hard to) or maybe eat some food or fruits that I might be lacking of. That reminds me of a ex-supervisor once asked me, "Are you suffering from some illness? Why you keep sleeping?" hahaha Derrick might sound this familiar hahaha
