NSL

Yesterday NSL (Netball Super League) ended and they announce the national team players after they present the prize money and medals to the winners. Congrats Yan and Fen for getting in the national team!!! That means they get to Scotland for games, so good one...

Family

Another week have past, trainings are getting a little more harder now, train under the big hot sun the whole day can really makes me melts... but I must say, all this intense physical training makes me more fitter now. I finally manage to get IPPT Silver after so long never had this kinda trainings. Just have to tahan another 10 weeks to end of term 1 training. Endure Joe!!!

Coming back home, having dinner with family is still the best, chit chat and eat together on the same table, so heart warming. Spend some time with my Yan and Meeyo, watch tv together after dinner, sharing a cup of coke, more than enough.

Last time when young, always like to stay out late then return home, don't know the meaning of spending time with my family, especially my dad, now grown-up, realise that I didn't cherish those times, is time to get it all back while I still can.

P.S: Aiming for IPPT GOLD now!!!!

Dreams come true

Today is the day where my dreams come true... I'm gonna be a Firefighter in SCDF and my enlistment (2nd time enlistment) is today, meeting new people, learning new skills and trading my army uniform for a blue one. I shall try to post some photos once I come back...

Paranoid

I dunno why, is it because I'm leaving you that makes me paranoid or am I thinking too much. We fought over small things couple of times recently and is increasing a lot this month, can we really going to get thru this? People always said couples fight and that is normal, why can't it be just a myth rather than we keep fighting over small things, big things.....

I'm not blaming you for anything, I just a little more attention...

Contract, hair and training

Contract signed, hair cutted, bags almost packed and I'm ready to go...

Was doing weights training the whole afternoon today, then went out to meet my sisters to sign my contract, after coming back I straight change into my training attire and went out to run with Patrik, I for sure thinks he had improved in his running after these few weeks of training together with him, but it's also time for him to put it to an higher level of training. I hope he doesn't give up after I left him to train alone while I go train in camp. JiaYou my friend!!

After running, we went for dinner and a hair cut for me. Finally now got some time to blog and I'm off to watch Rocky Balboa DVD liao...
