What a day

Look at the sky for clouds today on my way to school, snap a pic of it. I love looking at the clouds, always give me this smooth feeling, always changing and have to use a little of your imagination to see lots of picture in it.

Time at work today is rather slow, maybe is because there isn't much customers today. Chit chat with my colleagues and didn't do much work lol...keep buying food to eat hahaha

Came back from work and watch BJ highlights, wrong timing man, just when I'm going to take my exams soon lol... Still undecide to whether to join the full marathon or the half one, hope I can run that far and fast. Still not recovered yet from my injury, hope will recover soon, a week without running is killing me. Anyway my sister is selling mooncakes, anyone wanna buy can call me to ask for details, will update pics and rates here soon, keep coming back to look for updates.

Injury will slow me down

Haven't been running this few days due to an injury to the right knee again on Friday midnight at Kallang cage for soccer. Was painful when I walk and climb up/down the stairs and the fact is I haven't even go all out for the game and I twist it, cliak!! Was the sound coming for my knee area, I fell to the ground and I knew something is not right. After a while I am able to stand up again and continue play, thru with a injury I still scores a goal or two, can't remember how many I scored also lol... Scoring with an injury sure got a price to pay because after seeing a chinese therapist, he press and rub my injured area, so pain until I wanna give him a bashing liao lol... He ask me to give my legs a rest and he suggest me to get knee support when I go for any sport games. He also say that I injured 2 of my ligaments at the knee area and now means no running and some other sports for the time being. Sian!!!

Happening thing at auto lab today

This morning got presentation on sem project, my group didn't prepare (as usual), we just use our last min skills and just anyhow ham tum lol... Lecturer say was ok, just that our fonts not suitable, hahaha heng man...

Head on to print our report for him and went to Mac for my last BJ 2008 cup to finish the collection to give Yan. Wah automation mini project damn hard to do and understand, me and Danny are going nuts, then we got no choice but to come out with some dirty tricks. keke that got us a score of 8/10 hahaha bo bian la, we are at the edge of it le.

Got show during the lab, some girlA go shoot my lecturer to the SEG admin office saying that the lecturer didn't let her use the machine girlA is in. It was all the girlA's misunderstanding and yet girlA still says is the lecturer at fault and she started crying half way thru, she rush out of the lab and ran away. Delphine's group was using the machine girlA's gonna use, but Delp wasn't wrong because she came early to use it. Crazy girlA, some might know her in the lab but I think is best to keep her name enclosed unless someone is kpo to ask about it.

Wrok today was a bit slow, but managed to survive thru. Went back with Yan and after I reach home, I faster switch on the TV for The Contender: The Finale wah the last match was so exciting, lucky I didn't miss it. Going for running with Mel and Danny tomorrow better go sleep le....

Run like the wind

Wake up so early today for the bloody multiple choice sem project test, didn't sleep well last time because Yan push me to the edge of her bed. Angry!!! Must ask her to give me massage liao keke... Meet Derrick at Yishun MRT this morning, the train is damn pack and look like sandwiches in a lunchbox so we took the next train instead. During the test, I got a good view of Zailan's paper haha so you should know what I'm doing liao la hahaha

Went for a early lunch this morning, so full until I fall asleep during revising of comm skills. Then the bloody Chee Hao wake me up to lend calculator, argh!!! Had to go for automation lab just now, didn't got the rest of the time to study. Was very itchy hand, took the cable cramp to cramp my pants and end up cannot take out, had to result in destroying it with the help of Danny and Kang Hui hahaha...After the comm skill test, I head home straight and change into my running attire, off I go. I ran all the way to MacRitchie Reservoir, took the men's route and all the way back to my place, total 11.32km, now my legs are like jelly hahah...

Trainings

Gym in the morning today with Kang Hui and Rodney, saw the running track makes me wanna go for a jog, I end up going for a jog in the big hot sun at 11plus. Super hot la but luckily got some wind blowing against me, then I head on to the school library to study for my tests tomorrow. Mel put me aeroplane today, he didn't come for our training, he own me one hahah...

After revising, we went over to AMK hub, they say wanna watch The Mummy, me and big Nic doesn't want to watch so we end up doing some window shopping, we were very gain to buy XBox '720' lol (is actually XBox 360, 720 is our joke) but bo looi so we went down to buy something to eat, I bought the big chicken bao, very filling and I think got B cup size lor, Big Nic see liao, saliva drip and he say he wanna buy one too lol then I bring him to see a shop call "The Pie Kia Shop" lol the name very funny and the names they give the pies are also very funny, they name the big pie call Toa Pie Kia lol..but dunno nice to eat a not.

Suddenly got a urge to run a long distance tomorrow, so I cancel the training run with Mel tomorrow and go for a different route. Gotta rest early today, if not can't go far tomorrow hahaha

I'm a run addict

I am addicted to running now, is a passion to me now. I just can't stop thinking and talking about running, soon Yan will get bored to me and my running hahahaha... Mel couldn't make it for the training roday, I end up running with Jia Hui, a new friend whom I know during the Youth 3 event.

Buay tahan ar, she keep complaining the polluted air while running around the school, half way thru she tyre punctured so I abandon her and continue with my run, Jia Hui you lousy la hahaha...

Went for shower after the run, she bath so long la!!! I waited so long for her to come out, the dragon boat people keep looking at me like an alien just because I was standing there looking at their training. Their trainings make me wanna go gym and pump those muscles of mine, gonna ask Derek and Patrik to gym with me le keke...

Common tests and exams coming le, buck up buck up!! Mr Tay called and told me that CSM might not be taking me le and I might go UMC instead, is it a good news or not? See how things goes ba...

Run with me?

Yan is back from Perth!!! Miss her lots!!!

Went for Nike training this morning, have to wake up super early to the big splash @ the playground. Was very sleepy in the morning, waited for it to start the run until I almost fall asleep hahaha... Was having a lousy mood these days, needed the run so badly.

The run begin at 8am, as usual I start from the back and slowly overtake the person in front of me, one by one. 100 over people took the run, came back as the 23rd person, damn!! Could have done better if I didn't give up a bit at the last part. Sian thought got Subway as breakfast this time round but Quacker bar, turn off keke...No luck on the lucky draw again!!!

Yan came to pick me up, head back to my place to drop my stuffs, pick up her mum at YCK then head back to her place, help wash her car with Yan and Fen. While Yan was doing some presentation stuff on her com, me at the other hand playing Juan's psp, play until I wanna sleep, super tired.

Was actually going over to Bugis in the afternoon, too lazy to go all the way there, change venue to AMK hub instead hahaha... Gotta sleep soon, tomorrow gotta go school for revision with Derrick, sem project at 1pm with my group and run at 6pm busy me...
