Stop my running ever since I injured my right knee during a soccer game at Bishan Park, today I went for my first running training after so long. Timing drop and couldn't run far liao, today's target was 2.5km and I hit a 3.49km but in 20mins, damn slow man. Must keep pushing myself harder to go further distance and faster speed.
